What you are looking at

The Fleet tab shows one row per vehicle. Under each vehicle row you will see its assigned drivers, each with a schedule summary like "Mon - Fri, 06:00 - 14:00." If a vehicle has two drivers, you see two sub-rows. If it has none, the driver area is empty.

Column reference

You may not see all of these at once. The columns menu (described below) lets you choose which ones to show.

Fleet table columns
Column	What it shows
Unit	The vehicle name or number (e.g. V-107). This is how most people refer to vehicles day-to-day.
Type	Vehicle type: Van, Sedan, Wheelchair Van, etc.
Status	Active or Inactive. Inactive vehicles are dimmed and excluded from scheduling.
Drivers	Each assigned driver's name plus their schedule summary, like "Mon - Fri, 06:00 - 14:00." Multiple drivers appear as stacked sub-rows.
Home Address	Where the vehicle is based overnight. This is the starting point for route calculations.
Capacity	Wheelchair spaces (W) and ambulatory seats (A). "2W 4A" means 2 wheelchair positions and 4 walk-on seats.
Region	Which service region this vehicle belongs to.
Groups	Colored badges showing which vehicle groups this vehicle belongs to.
Plate	License plate number.
VIN	Vehicle Identification Number. Useful for insurance and compliance records.

Showing, hiding, and reordering columns

Click the columns icon (it looks like a small grid) in the table toolbar. A dropdown appears with a checkbox for each column. Toggle them on or off. You can also drag column names to reorder them. Your choices persist between visits.

Filtering and searching

The toolbar above the table has several ways to narrow what you see.

Search box - type any part of a vehicle name, VIN, plate number, or driver name. The table filters as you type.
Status dropdown - show All, Active only, or Inactive only.
Type dropdown - filter by vehicle type (Van, Sedan, etc.).
Region dropdown - show vehicles in one region.
Group dropdown - appears only if vehicle groups exist. Filters to vehicles in a specific group.

Filters combine. If you select Status: Active and Region: Pueblo, you see only active vehicles in Pueblo.

Tip

Looking for a specific driver? Type their name in the search box. The table will show the vehicle that driver is assigned to, even though the search box says "Search vehicles."

Sorting

Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click again to reverse the direction. A small arrow appears next to the column name to show which direction you are sorting.

CSV export

The download button in the toolbar exports the currently filtered list as a CSV file. If you have filtered to Active vehicles in Denver, the export only includes those vehicles. Export everything by clearing all filters first.

Pagination

If your fleet is large, the table pages the results. The bottom bar shows the total vehicle count and page navigation. You can adjust how many vehicles appear per page.

Key actions from the Fleet table

New Roster Entry

The New Roster Entry button in the top-right corner opens the wizard to create a new vehicle-driver-schedule assignment. See the New Roster Entry guide for details.

Opening a vehicle

Click any row to open that vehicle's detail sheet. From there you can edit the vehicle record, see all assigned drivers, adjust schedules, or assign a new driver.

Watch out

Inactive vehicles still appear in the table (dimmed). They are excluded from scheduling but their records are preserved. If a vehicle is missing from the schedule, check whether its status has been set to Inactive.
