Portal access is limited to authorized users, including:

• Clients
• Guardians
• Healthcare facilities
• Transportation coordinators
• Authorized employees
• Approved contractors

Users must provide accurate registration information.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
• Protecting account access.
• Reporting unauthorized use immediately.

Users may not share accounts or permit unauthorized access.

The Portal may be used for:

• Transportation requests
• Trip management
• Document submission
• Scheduling updates
• Communication with MedRide personnel
• Viewing authorized transportation information

Users may not:

• Upload false information.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with Portal operations.
• Introduce malware or harmful code.
• Use the Portal for unlawful purposes.
• Misrepresent identity or authority.

Information submitted through the Portal may contain Protected Health Information (PHI). MedRide LLC uses and protects information in accordance with:

• Applicable HIPAA requirements
• Medicaid regulations
• Company Privacy Policy

Users should submit only information necessary for transportation coordination and related services.

By using the Portal, users consent to receive:

• Appointment notifications
• Service updates
• Operational communications
• System alerts

Communications may be delivered by email, text message, phone call, or Portal notification.

Users are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and current. MedRide is not responsible for service delays resulting from inaccurate information.

MedRide strives to maintain Portal availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Portal services may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, security events, or operational reasons.

All content, software, logos, forms, workflows, and materials remain the property of MedRide LLC. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer Portal components without written authorization.

MedRide may suspend or terminate access for:

• Security concerns
• Policy violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Misuse of the Portal

To the extent permitted by law, MedRide LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Portal use, service interruptions, or technical failures.

MedRide reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
